For 1 Cup:

1/2 Cup Of Water
1/2 Cup Of Condensed Milk
1/2 Tsp Cardamom Chai Masala or Crushed Green Cardamom
1/2 Tbsp Black Tea
1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
1 Tsp Jaggery/Sugar (Optional) 




  1. Place everything into a pan apart from the milk. Place on medium heat and stir regularly.
  2. Once your chai is bubbling, add the milk. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1-2 minutes. 
  3. Pour through a fine sieve and enjoy your karak chai!

P.s. Keep it brewing for a stronger chai
