For 1 Cup:

1 Cup Water

5 Mint Leaves

1/4 Lemon Squeezed

1tsp Black Tea

1tsp Sugar (Optional)



  1. Place the water, lemon, mint & sugar in a pan and place on a medium heat.
  2. As it starts to boil, add tea and let it brew for 30 seconds. (Be careful not to over-brew as it will taste bitter)
  3. Pour through a sieve and into your cup. Place in the fridge/freezer and leave for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the fridge, pour over ice and enjoy your refreshing iced tea!
